Why? 4- How do we trust the promises of God when it seems like they go unfulfilled? (example when the Hebrew people were enslaved for 400+ years) Open your Lives 1- what are some of the biggest questions guys in your group have about the Bible? 2- What is hard for people to understand or believe about the Bible? 3- Mako Fujimura says, “we can use our gold to make a golden calf or build a tabernacle.” What is he getting at with the nature of what we worship and value? 4- God’s covenant with Abraham was that he would be a blessing- what does it look like to be a blessing in the world today? |
