What impacts you the most from this passage?
– John 4:16-18 – Jesus gently but directly addresses the woman’s past by revealing her history with her husbands. How does this encounter reflect Jesus’ approach to dealing with sin and brokenness?
– John 4:23-24 – Jesus speaks of worshiping in “spirit and truth.” What does it mean to worship God in spirit and truth, and how can this guide our own worship practices today?
– 1 Corinthians 13:12 – The sermon referenced this verse, which talks about seeing “in a mirror dimly.” How does this metaphor help us understand our current understanding of God compared to the complete knowledge we will have in eternity?
