If they love Jesus, why do they? Open the Scriptures: 1. What do you notice in the passages about Peter’s denial in Matthew 26? 2. What do you think motivated Peter to deny Jesus? 3. What do you see in John 21, as Jesus reinstates Peter? Open your Lives: 1. How have you denied Christ by your actions/words or inaction? 2. How are you tempted to compare yourself to others like Peter did with John in John 21? 3.
