Just a few miles from The Bridge Church at Bear Creek, Cloverdale Church represents the next step in the Kingdom Adventures vision: a tangible picture of renewal through people, place, and sustainability. Once a vibrant neighborhood congregation, Cloverdale now stands ready to serve its community again as a reimagined hub for worship, discipleship, and community life.
A Story of Renewal
We believe renewal happens when three things align: People, Place, and Sustainability.
Cloverdale’s story mirrors many churches in our city: rich history, faithful ministry, and a longing for new life. We’ve adopted this property for a new season of ministry that blends redevelopment, community engagement, and church planting into one unified vision.
Our goal is simple: to renew a neighborhood church into a neighborhood community centered church, where the gospel is visible in both word and deed. Cloverdale’s renewal will serve as a living model of renewal across Denver as a place where new leaders are trained, families are strengthened, and the community gathers around the hope of Jesus.
Redeveloping the Cloverdale Property
The physical renewal of Cloverdale is key to its long-term mission. The property will undergo a phased redevelopment plan designed to serve both the church and the surrounding neighborhood.
Phase 1: The Cloverpatch Café & Play Space
The Cloverpatch is a family-oriented coffee and play space envisioned as the “front porch” of the church — a place where parents, children, and neighbors can connect throughout the week. It will blend hospitality and mission, serving as a bridge between the church community and the neighborhood around it.
Features include:
- Indoor children’s play area with parent seating and café service
- Shared workspace tables for weekday use
- Hosting area for parenting groups and community meetups
- Managed as a ministry of the church to the community
Phase 2: Worship & Multipurpose Space
Beyond the Cloverpatch, the existing sanctuary will be reconfigured into a flexible, multi-use worship and community space that serves both Sunday gatherings and weekday ministries.
Planned updates:
- Modernized sanctuary and sound infrastructure
- Develop restrooms for higher capacity usage
- Modernize Kids Ministry spaces
- Create meeting rooms for small groups and community meetings
Planting Cloverdale as a Worshiping Community
Our prayer is that Cloverdale will become a model for church renewal in Denver that demonstrates how faithfulness and innovation can work hand-in-hand.

- Begin Fundraising through the Kingdom Adventures Fund.

- Begin facilities renovation at Cloverdale

- Grand opening of Cloverdale Church

Financial Overview
To make this vision possible, Cloverdale is funded through the Kingdom Adventure Fund — an 18-month, $1 million campaign designed to make renewal sustainable.
Projected Allocation for Cloverdale:
- 50% – Facility Redevelopment (Cloverpatch, worship space, outdoor areas)
- 25% – Residency & Leadership Training
- 25% – Launch & Outreach Costs
All giving is handled transparently through The Bridge Church, with quarterly updates to donors and project partners.
